The Lathums

De Lathums eert het rijke erfgoed van de Britse gitaarmuziek met stuwende, melodieuze indierock — het soort dat het Verenigd Koninkrijk al decennialang voortbrengt. Op 28 februari verscheen hun derde album Matter Does Not Define, met daarop de singles “No Direction,” “Stellar Cast” en “Long Shadows.” Het album markeert opnieuw een grote stap vooruit voor een band die vanaf het begin indruk maakte: hun debuutalbum How Beautiful Life Can Be (2021) kwam direct op #1 binnen in de Britse hitlijsten, en bracht hen in 2022 onder meer naar ESNS en Lowlands.
